Roger Waters divulga linda balada "Déjà Vu"

A menos de um mês de lançar o primeiro disco de rock em 25 anos, 'Is This the Life We Really Want?', Roger Waters revelou mais uma música nova, a belíssima “Déjà Vu”, que inicialmente é dirigida por uma guitarra acústica acompanhada por um piano e mais tarde desenvolve-se em volta de um arranjo orquestral.

“Déjà Vu” traz uma temática familiar do passado do Pink Floyd, desde a sutil batida de Dark Side of the Moon sob as cordas até às gravações de guerra no estilo musique concrete. A faixa também lembra a era final de Waters com o Pink Floyd, com baladas como “The Final Cut” e “Fletcher Memorial Home”. (Rolling Stone)

“Déjà Vu” é a segunda canção que Waters apresenta, após trazer a tona o primeiro single de seu próximo disco “Smell the Roses”. Durante a publicação, o músico disse para os fãs assistirem ao “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” que a nova música seria tocada ao vivo.
